As a dynamic public speaker, thought leader, and advocate for change, Melinda has dedicated her career to dismantling barriers and amplifying the voices of underrepresented groups, particularly women.

Throughout her 24-year HR journey, Melinda has held key leadership roles in top corporations and institutions, including Sara Lee, 23andMe, and the University of Alabama. Her career has given her unique insights into the intersectionality of race, gender, and age in the workplace. She is committed to fostering dialogues and strategies that address the complex challenges women face in corporate America.

Melinda has spoken at several national and regional events, including women’s empowerment conferences and higher education forums.
